Knowing that the results from our homeopathic remedies will knock your socks off, we confidently offer every customer a one-year satisfaction guarantee (with just a few exceptions*). Every Homeoanimal product is guaranteed to meet or exceed the quality standards and results of the leading homeopathic remedies found in stores or pharmacies. If you are not completely satisfied, send it back to us!
All we ask is that you give it a chance to work. Use our homeopathic remedies as recommended for at least 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied at the end of 30 days – for any reason at all – return the product (at your own expense). You have a full year from the date of purchase to make the return.
This one-year satisfaction guarantee is only available once per remedy. In other words, if you buy a remedy for the first time and are unsatisfied with the results, you may return it. If you decide to give that same remedy another try and buy it again at a later date, we cannot accept a second return for the same remedy. This rule allows us to continue offering this generous guarantee and prevent fraudulent returns.
Please note that there is a restocking fee of 25% on orders/returns over $200.**
The following remedies are eligible for refund or store credit (see *exceptions):
- Packages or remedies that are still UNOPENED (eligibility for refunds will be determined once your package is received and we see the seal intact).

2. Get Your RA Return Number
After your RA request is approved (your request can be considered approved only 30 days after you've placed the order), we will send your RA Return Number by email.
3. Repack Your Item(s) In A Box
To proceed with the return, include your invoice with the RA# in the package with the product you are returning. As well, please write your RA# on the outside of the box, this helps with processing.

If you wish to track the status of your RA request, please do so HERE.We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number, so you can receive confirmation that the item made it back to us. We cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
Please note that once we have received the product here we will process the return as quickly as possible and issue your refund/store credit.
Mis-shipment: If you feel you have received the wrong item, please call us right away (within 7 days) at 855-999-7609. More than anything, we want to make sure you have the right remedy, so you can start seeing results. Before you make the call, please have your order number handy and we will let you know how to proceed with the return in order to get the quickest result possible. In this case, we will exchange only unused remedies but no exchange can be made when the product was used. The return policy will then be applied.
Faulty or Defective Merchandise: We have an amazing track record for shipping high-quality merchandise, but as hard as we try, we're not perfect. If you think you have received a faulty or defective product, we will help you coordinate an exchange for the same product or a full refund including freight charges with no cost to you. Of course, in order for us to exchange or return the product, it must be in a new condition.
Exchanges: Have you ordered the wrong remedy? No worries. It happens. Just place an order online for the correct remedy and follow the instructions above to return the incorrect item. Of course, in order for us to exchange or return the product, it must be in new condition. Shipping cost will be charged too.
Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery of your order or the package is returned to us because it has not been claimed within the time specified by the postal service, we will charge a $15 restocking fee plus any return shipping charges. Without a RA# it is impossible to obtain a refund for your purchase. Therefore, you need to accept the package from the postal service, contact our office for an RA#, return the package at your own expense, and receive the refund for the product, minus the shipping fees. If your order comes back to us because of a mistake in the address you entered, you will be charged for the return shipping charges.
Cancellations: We process most orders on the same day they are purchased, so we rarely are able to cancel orders after they have been placed. Still, we will make every effort to do so if that is what you desire. If you're having second thoughts about your order after it has been placed, please contact us right away. If we have already boxed your order and it is waiting for pickup by the postal service, we will give you the option of cancelling with a $15 restocking fee.
