All we ask is that you give it a chance to work. Use our homeopathic remedies as recommended for at least 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied at the end of 30 days – for any reason at all – return the product (at your own expense) for a complete refund (minus shipping fees and consultation fees on custom orders). The consultation fee ($120) on a custom remedy is non-refundable. You have a full year from the date of purchase to make the return.
This one-year satisfaction guarantee is only available once per remedy. In other words, if you buy a remedy for the first time and are unsatisfied with the results, you may return it for a full refund. If you decide to give that same remedy another try and buy it again at a later date, we cannot accept a second return for the same remedy. This rule allows us to continue offering this generous guarantee and prevent fraudulent returns.
Please note that there is a restocking fee of 25% on orders/returns over $200.**
Here's how it works:

If you are not satisfied after 30 days of correct administration of the remedy, and it has been less than 365 days since your initial order, contact our office at (855) 999-7609 to obtain your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) along with return instructions. This will allow us to ensure there will be no delay in issuing your refund. You can expect to receive a full credit minus shipping fees on any return under $200 in retail value. We will charge a 25% restocking fee on returns that total over $200 in retail value. Without a RMA# it is impossible to obtain a refund. This also applies to the following situation: Upon receiving your shipment from Homeoanimal, you decide you no longer need the remedy and initiate a Return to Sender process with the same postal service. In this case, we will automatically charge a $15 restocking fee plus any return shipping charges. Unfortunately, when we receive the returned shipment, we will not be able to issue a refund for your purchase, because there is no RMA#. If you want a refund, you need to first accept the package from the courrier, contact our office for an RMA#, return the package at your own expense, and receive the refund for the product, minus the shipping fees.

Send the package back to us, at your own expense. Your package must be postmarked within 5 business days from the day the RMA# was issued, and the RMA# must be clearly indicated on the package label. This is important: Without a RMA# it is impossible to obtain a refund.
We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number, so you can receive confirmation that the item made it back to us. We cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

Wait for your refund. Please understand that it will take some time for your returned package to reach and be processed by our warehouse. Once we have received your return, we will evaluate your package to make sure the remedy bottles have not been tampered with and are still intact. If they have been altered in any way or have lost their seal, we cannot issue a refund. Once we have made sure the bottles are intact, the refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.
We can only issue a refund to your original payment method or as a store credit. Your credit card provider may also take some time to process the return, but that part of the process is out of our control. It is possible for it to take up to 30 days from the moment the return was issued in order for you to see it on your card statement, but it usually happens much sooner.
Mis-shipment: If you feel you have received the wrong item, please call us right away (within 7 days) at 855-999-7609. More than anything, we want to make sure you have the right remedy, so you can start seeing results. Before you make the call, please have your order number handy and we will let you know how to proceed with the return in order to get the quickest result possible. In this case, we will exchange only unopened and unused remedies but no exchange can be made when the product was used and/or opened. The return policy will then be applied.
Faulty or Defective Merchandise: We have an amazing track record for shipping high-quality merchandise, but as hard as we try, we're not perfect. If you think you have received a faulty or defective product, we will help you coordinate an exchange for the same product or a full refund including freight charges with no cost to you. Of course, in order for us to exchange or return the product, it must be in a new condition.
Exchanges: Have you ordered the wrong remedy? No worries. It happens. Just place an order online for the correct remedy and follow the instructions above to return the incorrect item. Of course, in order for us to exchange or return the product, it must be in new condition. Shipping cost will be charged too.
Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery of your order or the package is returned to us because it has not been claimed within the time specified by the postal service, we will charge a $15 restocking fee plus any return shipping charges. Without a RMA# it is impossible to obtain a refund for your purchase. Therefore, you need to accept the package from the postal service, contact our office for an RMA#, return the package at your own expense, and receive the refund for the product, minus the shipping fees. If your order comes back to us because of a mistake in the address you entered, you will be charged for the return shipping charges.
Cancellations: We process most orders on the same day they are purchased, so we rarely are able to cancel orders after they have been placed. Still, we will make every effort to do so if that is what you desire. If you're having second thoughts about your order after it has been placed, please contact us right away. If we have already boxed your order and it is waiting for pickup by the postal service, we will give you the option of canceling with a $15 restocking fee.
WE DO NOT REFUND:
- Custom fees and/or taxes that your country or customs have charged you.
- Shipping fees. For orders with FREE SHIPPING, we will deduct the shipping fee we paid to send the package. You are also responsible for fees incurred to return the package to us.

- The following remedies: Piptopet, Probiopet, GastroPet, ImmunoPet, HepatoPet, StomachPet, PancreaPet, Sili-Mer G5, Stomach Ulcers, Complete Detox Package (formerly General Detox), Allergy Package, Atopic Dermatis Package. These remedies are not included in our 1-year satisfaction guarantee.
