Do you love your pet like a member of your family?
Of course you do. That's why you're here!
And we're glad you found us! We are a group of animal lovers and pet advocates. So much so that each of us have dedicated our lives to improving the lives of our pets… and yours!
We're aware that “traditional” methods of medical intervention are sometimes necessary. And although there are a myriad of traditional “pet meds” sites on the web, good information on homeopathic products seems to be lacking. That's exactly why we started HomeoAnimal.
We wanted to give everyone access to high-quality natural products at affordable prices. And while we were at it, we decided to share some of what we've learned about natural-living for pets on our blog.
When you become a HomeoAnimal customer, we consider you as part of our extended family. So if you'd like, take a few moments to get to know us – the people behind the products.
From our family to yours!
Co-Founder & Homeopath
We're introducing Suzie first because she is truly the heart and soul of our company.
Her personality embodies everything we strive for at HomeoAnimal. From the moment you meet her, you'll realize that she is kind, caring, warm and genuine. She loves animals as much as she loves people – and that's saying a lot!
Suzie's first project with HomeoAnimal was her own idea and creation: A guide to help anyone navigate through the animal adoption process.
Expect to hear from Suzie after your order is placed. She just loves meeting our new customers!
Alternative Medicine Therapist
Imagine having a best friend who also happens to be an expert in pet naturopathy, homeopathy and Chinese medicine.
Someone who can whip up a custom natural and homeopathic recipe for your pet.
Well, Denyse is that friend. Her passion for natural products is only exceeded by her love of animals. And when those two things come together to create a natural and homeopathic product, you can be sure it will be the best!
We invite you to learn more about Denyse's expertise in the alternative medicine field.
Dominika possesses two key strengths that we find very valuable: she has a genuine love for animals, no matter how big or small they are, and a passion to help people with the benefits of homeopathy.
She studied classical homeopathy and discovered its ability to help stimulate the body’s own healing capacity, as well as giving it that extra boost to self-heal. As a certified homeopath, Dominika’s goal is to work with you and your pet to find the right products for the healing process while also promoting self awareness, compassion and care.
When she isn’t assisting pet parents and animal lovers, Dominika enjoys horseback riding, yoga, camping and seeking adventures.
She has loved animals all her life and now being part of the Homeoanimal family means being able to combine her love of animals and homeopathy all-in-one!
Homeopathy has been a great influence in her own life so she now has full confidence in it’s power to help pets as well.
She also spends a lot of time in underdeveloped countries doing volunteer work. Wherever she goes, animals have always brought her so much joy and satisfaction. Helping them to be happy and healthy is a joy beyond compare.
That's why, if you have any questions about your order or need help finding what you are looking for, please feel free to reach out to Suzanne. She's happy to help!
Since she was very young, Emmanuelle has always wanted to help her neighbours. She is jovial, bubbly and smiling; a real ray of sunshine! Her positivism, her happiness and her humor make her an easy person to approach, and talk to.
She loves animals. She has already had a rabbit and a dog and shares her daily life with a beloved cat. The animals seem to feel this love, since they approach her so easily.
Emmanuelle is a very versatile person, always ready to carry out various tasks at HomeoAnimal such as managing the shipping department.
She has proven to be an important asset for us and in turn… to you as well.
When it comes to finding the best natural product(s) for your pet, Debbie is always happy to assist!
She has a personal interest in helping both people and animals, and is very passionate about her work.
Debbie will listen to your concerns and give you sound advice to help you make the right purchase. Even after you begin your pet’s treatment, she’s available to answer your questions and will follow up to check on you and your pal’s progress.
When she’s not working with our two- and four-legged clients, Debbie enjoys traveling and spending time at home with her own furry friends. No matter what she’s doing, this animal lover always has a smile on her face, and her colorful personality will put one on yours, too!
Kelisa is a passionate, creative person that loves people only a little more than she loves pets. Working in the customer happiness department at HomeoAnimal gives her the opportunity to combine these two loves every time she comes to work! She takes pleasure in working with her clients towards the common goal of better health for their pets.
When not working, she is probably cooking, baking, writing poetry, or simply making connections with family and friends. She is also involved in volunteer work that she loves very much!
Forever a people-centered enthusiast, Kelisa is happy to help pet parents and pets every step of the way in their journey back to better health!
Jennifer’s travels have brought her all over the world, but volunteering in a humanitarian capacity has always been the driving force behind her globetrotting.
Her journeys have shaped her life and personality and have made her more compassionate and aware of other people’s needs.
Having been acquainted with homeopathy at a very early age, Jennifer believes in its capacity to restore good health and stamina, and feels compelled to share with others how well homeopathy has helped her personally.
When she first heard about Homeoanimal, and how homeopathy was also helping pets, it was only natural for her to want to join the team! And join the team she did! Feel free to get in touch with her, she will always be happy to assist you!
Along with Suzie, Matt is a Co-Founder of HomeoAnimal.
And if Suzie is the heart, Matt is the pulse of the company. He is in charge of many of the “moving parts” that keep this business running, including the website and marketing.
He is more of a behind-the-scenes guy, but we all take comfort in knowing that he is there – keeping things running smoothly and helping to introduce us to new customers like you!
René is one of the founding members of Homeoanimal, and currently works as Operations Manager.
An animal lover from his youth, he has many lively stories to tell about various dogs, cats, fish and birds that have impacted his life in a positive way.
Always striving to better himself and to better his work surroundings, he is a pleasure to work with and is the glue that holds the Homeoanimal family together.
He is a strong advocate of the “Client Comes First” customer happiness policy here at Homeoanimal, and always makes sure that both clients and employees are in a 'win / win' relationship.
His kindness and consideration toward all make him an indispensable member our team!
Officially, Olivier is a programmer, but we like to think of him as a technical genius! Always impressive with his problem solving abilities, this techie stays cool under pressure and adapts to any situation that’s thrown his way. Most of all, he’s dedicated to his job, since keeping our systems running smoothly is in the best interest of our team and animal friends!
Olivier is always here when we need him, and responds quickly and efficiently to any technical issues that come our way. Needless to say, he’s saved the day many times and is a great addition to the team!
Animal Health Technician & Guest Blogger
Véronique uses her extensive knowledge to write articles about pet health for HomeoAnimal.
She earned her degree in Animal Health from Cégep La Pocatière in Quebec. Her experience includes internships on animal production farms and rehabilitating birds of prey; managing the care of up to 100 wild animals in a day at the SOS Miss Dolittle Refuge; working at the Aquarium of Quebec, where she monitored 10,000 animals of 300 different species. She worked as a chief animal health technician in a veterinary clinic in British Columbia, as well as a few contracts in various other veterinary clinics.
Véronique says that she has made a lot of canine friends by being a foster family for dogs from local shelters. This animal lover also enjoys exploring the mountains, lakes and rivers nearby and making trips as far and as often as she can!
Happy and Healthy Dog
Westin is the beloved pet of Suzie and Matt, and he is also the inspiration behind our continued efforts to keep every animal happy and healthy. He is somewhat a new addition to our family (and yes, he comes to work with us), but he has stolen everyone's heart's from day one! If you'd like to learn more about Westin's natural lifestyle and puppy antics, subscribe to our blog.
