Our helplines are open and our packages still get sent out and delivered internationally to most countries* (nothing has changed for USA and Canada).

According to the World Health Organization, ‘The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.’

 

So you can rest assured that your package will be shipped and received in all safety.

We keep our staff members informed on the latest COVID-19 procedures and updates and remind them about the simple procedures to follow to ensure their safety such as frequent hand washing. 

 

As always, we encourage any team member to take any symptoms of sickness very seriously and to consult a health professional if needed.

What will help keep you protected

 

As mentioned by the governments, frequent sanitation of all work, home surfaces and hands are a MUST which we are enforcing for all our staff… we encourage you to do the same. 

 

For additional layers of defense, we also recommend our SILVERPET.  1-2 sprays 2 times a day per person and animal in the home during this high virus spread period.  It is an excellent antiviral and will boost the defenses against most virus strains.
